We follow a group of school friends from their underwater village as they attend their new school on land. A story of romance set on the border of land and sea. This show probably frustrates me more than any other show this season yet I still love it. More people should give it a shot, No Megane No Life! How can a show that references both Jojo AND Ace Attorney be bad!? It also has a fantastic art style and sense of colour that, like Kyousougiga, really gives it a unique identity. It's a shame too because it's a great episodic comedy show with some awesome references. One of the two shows this season to bring the tears. I'm just surprised they were able to make sense out of the original episode! There might have been a bit much reused animation for those that watched the original, but as its own thing it's a great story set in a mysterious world that revolves around a crazy and wonderful family. Just a fantastic journey of mind fuckery. Valvrave is back and ready to fuck with your mind! At first it slowed down the pace compared to the last season but it came roaring back to life in the last few episodes. BURNING SHONEN PASSION works so much better than anything Lance was peddling. Think I can probably do my Official Season Ranking now.
